Submit Client KYB —
Quickly and Correctly
Before clients can be onboarded, we'll need to verify their company's information and eligibility as an investor. This ensures we meet regulatory standards and deliver a secure investment experience.
What to Expect?
The onboarding process is simple and will take approximately 10 minutes.
Here’s What To Prepare:

Business registration documents
(e.g. Certificate of Incorporation / ACRA Business Profile, Document Showing the List of Shareholders and Directors)

Business proof of address
(e.g. Utility bill, bank statement – dated within the last 3 months)

Board Resolution for Authorized Signatories

How it Works:
STEP 1
Fill in the client's corporate details

STEP 2
Complete a brief questionnaire on the client's business profile

STEP 3
Upload the required documents
a) Certificate of Incorporation / ACRA Business Profile
b) Document Showing the List of Shareholders and Directors
c) Proof of Address, Must be Dated within 3 Months

STEP 4
Submit for verification

STEP 5
Client signs the documents (within 1 business day)
